From 480: Take 271 North and exit at Chagrin Blvd./OH 87 Take a right going East on Chagrin Blvd./OH 87 and go straight for 1.6 miles. Enter next roundabout (circle) and take second exit onto Chagrin Blvd. for 4.1 miles. Chagrin Blvd. becomes W. Orange St. Turn right on West St. which ends at 17 River St.
From 422: head west towards 480. Exit at Chagrin Blvd./OH 87. Follow directions from above once on Chagrin Blvd.
From Twinsburg (or any location south of here not requiring freeway): Travel North on 43, which turns into 306 North. Take a left onto East Washington (old 422). Travel west about 2 miles. Take a right at Main St. Travel about ½ mile. Take a left onto River St. Blake’s Seafood Grill is located on the left.
From 77 North: Exit at 480 and travel East. Follow directions from above from 480.
From 77 South: Exit at 480 and travel East. Follow directions from above from 480.
From 71 North: Exit at 480 and travel East. Follow directions from above from 480.
From 71 South: Exit at 480 and travel East. Follow directions from above from 480
From 90 West: Exit at 271 South. Continue on 271 South until Chagrin Blvd./OH 87 exit. Follow directions from above onto Chagrin Blvd.
