The Wine

We offer over 40 wines by the glass. 
The wine program is an integral part of the dining experience at Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse. From the extensive selection of wines offered by the glass to our cellar full of wines offered by the bottle, we are certain to have the perfect wine choice. We offer wines from 4 continents, 11 different countries, and they range in style from big, bold, fruit-forward wines to the more subtle, classic, elegant wines of the Old World. Regardless of your taste, our well-trained staff is able to offer the perfect selection to compliment your dinner. We also specialize in featuring wineries with whom we are able to offer exclusive, low production, and winery-only products. Hyde Park works in conjunction with many boutique-style wineries in order to offer unique products and once-in-a-lifetime bottles.
Although our wine program is consistent, each location offers several unique products.

In the Fall of 2011, select Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse locations have been allowed to sell a wine previously unavailable to the world, outside of the winery. The Nickel & Nickel Winery, famous for single-vineyard cabernet sauvignon, has a limited production project from the Stag's Leap District from the Regusci Family vineyards. Production is less than 700 cases annually. This has previously ONLY been available from the winery. Hyde Park has been lucky enough to secure about half of the 2006 vintage. This is classic, 100% cabernet sauvignon from the Stag's Leap District. It displays the rich, lush, velvety fruit character this region is known for, with sultry smooth tannins. This makes for an amazingly drinkable cabernet right now. Best of all, this unique wine, with its pedigree, rarity, and quality, is available for $99 a bottle. Hurry out and try the 2006 Nickel & Nickel "Regusci Block 4" Cabernet Sauvignon from Stag's Leap District before the 300 cases we secured is gone.
